Berdasarkan pengalaman yang saya alami dan yang saya liat Sir Aaron itu :
Cara mengajarnya mengasyikan, jadi tidak terlalu monoton, ketika mengajar Sir Aaron bisa menjadi serius dan fokus dan ketika saatnya bercanda dia bisa bercanda, hal itu akan membuat murid merasa asyik di kelas, karena ketika disela sela mengajar diberi semacam ice breaking, seperti membagi bagikan coklat dan lainnya, cara mengajarnya juga mudah dipahami, dan Sir Aaron juga berusaha memahami level 1 yang masih bisa dikatakan polos tentang hangul (memberikan selebaran tadi) , hal itu akan membuat murid lebih merasa dan menikmati ketika pelajaran berlangsung. Karakter yang terlihat dari Sir Aaron adalah tegas, baik, happy virus, cerewet/? dengan lengkapnya hal itu maka ketika kelas berlangsung akan membawa murid ke jalur yang benar, tetap pertahankan cara mengajarnya ya Sir, maafkan kami yang kadang oot, terlambat datang, dan berisik sendiri.
