- I Totally understand that ur time is very important and u need ur cable box/internet be back up and running. So what u are going to do right now is to wait for an hour for our system to run through some test. And nothing u to worry because u don't have to do anything, our system will do all the works, 9 out of 10 r 90% times this resolves the issue , and after an hour u wil receive a text message all u have to do is to reply Y if ur issue is resolve and N if its not for us to call u back .

"TECH APPOINTMENT"

-Getting ur internet/cable be back up and running is very important i understand that. So what I'm going to do right now is to send u an expert in ur house to manually check and resolve the problem. With that there will be a possible charge of $100, but don't worry if the technician will determine that the source of the problem is within comcast there will be no charge for that one. And i assure u that the technician will not leave ur house not until all the services will be back up and running. Let me go ahead and get u an appointment.
