> Any booking request from travel admin team can be booked without nay approval if within company policy .
> Any out of policy booking for sab miller or crown entity request should go for an approval.
2.Newell Brands IN:
> Company is on no approval mode.
> Geralda and Garima are the usual arrangers who would call is case of any assistance in the booking.
> Profile creation requests would only come through Geralda along with the filled form and Front office is responsible to create the required profile.
> No personal Booking approval required.
3.Reckitt Benckiser:
> No approval required when reservation falls under company T&C, e.g; amount or prior before 14days/21days.
> Approval required only when reservation doesn't fall in company T&C.
> We don't need any approval for modification if cx travel within 24Hours.
> Pushback is allowed for point-to-point reservation however, never pushback Manish Harlaka , Prabhat Mishra, Geeta Nair.
> For any guest booking reservation do check with the arranger for which guest profile should we book the guest as the company has multiple guest profiles department wise.
> Travel Insurance to be issued for all international
> Payment done from on account mode except hotel, ICCR mode accept in hotel.
4.UBER INDIA:
> Uber is on no approval mode
> Never pushback any uber customer.
> Most of the domestic booking would be taken care by them.
> If company card is not available, they can use their personal card.
> Guest Bookings can be made without an arranger's assistance.
> Never Assist traveler for paid meal or seats.
> Certain carriers are deemed unsafe by UBER and are blocked on the Egencia website.
If a traveler ask for specific airline and the Egencia site blocks the content with a security message, DO NOT book the requested airline offline.
Advise the caller that UBER does not allow those airlines and recommend them to contact their security team for more information.
> Risky Locations.
Uber has Deemed certain Location as risky, Which is why their security team has placed approval on certain airport codes.
These are set up on the Egencia site and will trigger approval to the security Team.
If traveler have questions about these locations or why certain ones are deemed risky, kindly refer the traveler to contact the Uber Security team.
> Uber has small number of travelers who have HR approved medical exemption travel policy which allows them to book in business class for air bookings, regardless of their role at UBER. If any traveler would contact us then:
DO NOT ask travelers in this group for details about their medical condition. That information is confidential and handled internally at UBER with their HR team.
Any guest traveler who done have a profile call to create a booking and has an email id for uber with domain of @ext.uber.com, We have to advise them that they are required to pay travel through their employee of record(which is not uber).
Company is on SSO Mode.
If someone contacts Egencia to book a reservation for a guest traveler, we will verify if the requester has a profile with a valid uber email id regardless requester had the arranger right or not. Then we can proceed further if the requester is ready to provide a valid card along with the cost center details and reporting dates. We will need to take control of Guest TD profile to create booking.
5.BP India;
> BP is on NO approval mode.
> Arranger rights are provider
> Always refer to QRG sheet before booking any res
> Always advise the traveler to get an approval before we go ahead with any booking although traveler need not share the approval with us.
> No hotel to be booked in Mauritania and Senegal By Egencia.
> All payment mode on ICCR.
> Provide insurance on request/NO paid Seat, Meal added by TC.
> India Rail Service Fee 500/- or GST inform cx before booking.
> BP Visa vendor is VISA HQ// Separate contact number available we can redirect them in case of visa query.
> Point to point trips should be booked online by Traveler//[email protected]
6.Workday:
> Company is on No approval.
> Yes, for workday Paid Trip and Personal.
> Refer GKB workdays Reference Guide for More details.
> For any queries related travel policy, please refer cx to [email protected].
CCI: Call Center Interface
Egencia have 3payment Mode:
ICCR: Individual Credit Card.
On Account: Settle bill with Egencia And companies.
Company Card: Virtual Card on Profile. e.g: Lodge card, BTA card.
Three Type of Reservation.
1.Online: Customer can make reservation using website.
2.TC {Travel Consultant} Assistant: When agent make reservation by using CCI. Booking fee same.
3.NSB {Non-Standard Booking}: When agent make reservation of cx and their dependent person via Offline e.g: Amadeus//Airline Portal
For Child and infant, we make reservation separately from airline portal and then we can add on GDS.
For LCC reservation we can go on airline portal for single sign on.
We can't make reservation for Air India this reservation go in Galileo and where ticket has been issue.
If cx doesn't have last name on documents so we can make reservation from directly Airline Portal.
In this reservation we raise billback for the reservation for make payment.
5 Types of Approval Mode;
1. No approval: No approval required to book any reservation.
2.Systematical approval(Blocking) : Reservation will only be issued once trip is approved.
3.Systematical Approval(Non-Blocking): Reservation will be booked without any approval and system will send FYI to approver.
4.Non-Compliant Trip Approval (Blocking): Bookings outside of the company Travel policy will not issue until approved.
5.Non-Compliant Trip Approval (Non-Blocking): All the reservation will be booked and issued, only notification will be send to respective approvers in case of out of policy reservation.
