Project code not listed If project code is not mapped, cx needs share alternate code and approval from the respective project mgr.
In such scenarios, ticket will be issued under ICCR & project code will be used for the validation purpose.
• Deviation amount: If cx contacted us for a new res. We will quote the amount eg.5000INR and advised the cx for approval. After that if fare changed i.e. more than 500INR we again need approval via email from project code. If it is less than 500INR then no approval reqd.

o CG has their own guest houses at Mumbai & Pune.
o CG guest houses are the preferred stay option if anyone is looking for a stay in Mumbai (near Airoli office) or Pune Capgemini office. (grade A-E), not applicable for grade F employee.
o If traveler is looking for a stay with dependent/family we cannot offer guest house.
o If a traveler is looking for stay in any of these locations, then booking guest house should be the priority if available as per co. policy.
o Self booking rights are available, arranger rights are not required.
