- scope shifted a few times. Shifted and downgraded to a solution for in-home quoting for renovations. then shifted again after realizing the price tags that comes with a product custom build that needs testing and integration. Now it shifted again to full ERP.
- other options; incubator, venture accelerator, etc. business building rather than tech building.
- Alex has helped joe with the tech-focused venture rather than building the software.
