KAIKO is first and foremost, known for his androgynous looks, oftentimes mistaken as a female despite of his true identity. He was rather irks with this, but got some hang of it overtime, to some point of him being alright to get referred with numerous aliases, of whatever results.

Truth to be told, he was as rigid as well as a surprisingly timid/scaredy-cat in person. He comes as someone prim and proper with aloof demeanor, yet due to his environment want to push him as someone feminine to its core (from the death of his beloved person, and the result is he becomes a replacement of her to be the guardian of the new recruits KESTARI members alongside the daughter of Nishinoya's family, until his mother ... or actually parents, but his mother pushes him more, oftentimes perceived him as a female in certain major situation: it was due to his 'exceptional work' that Kaiko could maintain his masculine identity throughout administration), it turns into a labor to maintain his masculine and feminine traits and skills. He is unable to balanced them both and because of this, becomes someone who rather have negative views, too emotional (some point of being unstable), and zero self-worth. He is rather ambitious and could be easily jealous at times, when someone does something he should be perfect to do so. Hence, he is a perfectionist to the core.

He wishes to express and love himself more, hence him becoming a part of his art club school member and right now the club president gives a glimpse of hope, although he still struggle to done so, oftentimes referred to his rigid and unproper brash moment. Because of this, he is extremely embarrassed to some point of heavy anxiety.
