Arzu Aliyeva as well as Leyla Aliyeva are in Baku for a visit to the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice-President Leyla Aliyeva's boarding school for special needs No12 as well as the Shuvalan Settlement's summer camp at orphanage No1 Narimanov District Psycho-Neurological Orphanage, and the Downs Syndrome Association in capital.

Mrs. Leyla and Mrs. Arzu were informed by the institution that it has been instructing disabled children since the year 1969.
The facility was repaired at the initiative of First Lady, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva in the year 2010.
The school's boarding facilities can accommodate up to 141 children of 6-14 ages.
