Bayrock Group is a New York-based firm founded by Tevfik Arif ( Turkish Kazakh-Kazakh) in 2001. Donald Trump is one of the most famous clients of the company that specializes in luxurious real estate development.

The members of the Trump Organization met Tevfik Alif and members of the Bayrock Group at the Trump Tower.

Bayrock Group, owing to these business connections, also included the Trump Organization on a project in New York City’s Soho District.

Bayrock Group and Sapir Organization were already working on a project in Soho. They believed that the Trump Organization could bring some brand recognition and credibility.

Tevfik Alif developed a plan to give Trump Organization 18% equity at the Soho property. In exchange the Trump brand will be used in the name of the construction.

Bayrock Group employed renowned interior designers to decorate this structure. Handel Architects created and constructed the building.

Handel Architects is a leader in the field of design and architecture.

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C., the September 11th National Memorial, New York City are just two of the projects.

Fendi Casa pieces were provided for Trump Soho by the design and architecture company Rockwell Group.

The Rockwell Group has a long list of clients which include Handel Architects. Tevfik Arif Bayrock Numerous luxury restaurants, hotels and casinos are among the clients of the company.

The agreement was reached by Bayrock Group, Sapir Organization and Trump Organization. Construction work on Trump Soho could commence in the year 2006.

After the success of Trump Soho the Bayrock Group and Trump Organization will collaborate in other real estate ventures. These real estate developments are mostly in Arizona, Florida.

But the global economic crisis of 2008 and subsequent recession affected business plans of the Bayrock Group (and the Trump Organization).

Tevfik Arif, as a result of a changing American market, returned to Europe/Central Asia.
