Guest traveler arranger - who are not a employee for eg is some company is asked someone to come to diff city for interview they will arrange for guest
Flexible Arranger - who can arrange travel for company's employees
APPROVERS - who is someone who approves travel for company employee
Travel Directors - companies have travel directors who mostly have all the rights and are in the company's travel department .


Self-booking rights are revoked for SAB MILLER & CROWN entity employees.
For GCC entity business is usual
for point-to-point reservation, push back is allowed
Any customer calling from sab miller or crown entity should be re directed to travel admin team
any booking requested from travel admin team can be booked without any approval if within the company policy
any out of the policy bookings for sab miller or crown entity request should go for an approval

Profile creation requests would only come through Geralda along with the filled form and front office is responsible to create the required profile.
RECKITT BENCKISER - IN

For Reckitt Benckiser only non-complaint must be approved. Whitin policy bookings will get confirmed and a notification will be sent to the approver.
Travel Insurance to be issued for all International booking. WBMI will send a notification.
Puch back is allowed for point-to-point reservations however , never push Manish harlaka, Prabhat Mishra & Geeta Nair.
For any guest booking reservation, do check with the arranger for which guest profile should we book the guest as the company has multiple guest profiles department wise.
Name Amendment is allowed in RECKITT BENCKISER-IN
Payment mode for Reckitt Benckiser is its on account but for hotels its ICCR


UBER IN

No approval mode
Never push back for any uber customer
most of the domestic bookings would be taken care by them.
if the company card is not available they can use their own personal card
guest bookings can be made without an arranger's assistance
never assist traveler for paid meal or seats.
Certain carrier are deemed unsafe by Uber and are blocked on the Egencia website.
If a traveler asks for a specific airline and the Egencia site blocks the content with a security message, DO NOT book the airline offline
Advise the caller that Uber does not allow those airlines and recommended them to contact their security team for more information.
8- Risky Locations
Uber has deemed certain locations as risky which is why their security team has placed approval on certain airport codes.
These are a set up on the Egencia site and will trigger approval on the security team.
If traveler have questions about these locations or why certain ones are deemed risky, Kindly refer the traveler to contact the Uber Security team
9- Uber has a small number of travelers who have HR approved medical exemptions travel policy which allows them to book in business class for air bookings, regardless of their role at uber. If any traveler would contact us then:-
DO NOT ask the traveler in this group for details about the medical condition that information is confidential and handled internally at Uber with their HR team.
10 - Any guest traveler who do not have a profile call to create a booking and has an email id for Uber with a domain [email protected], we have to advise them that they are required to pay and travel through their employer of record(which is not UBER)
11 - Company is on SSO Mode.
12 - If someone contacts Egencia to book a reservation for a guest traveler, we will verify if the requester has a profile with the valid Uber email id regardless requester has the arranger's right or not.
Then we can proceed further if the requester is ready to provide a valid card along with the cost center details and reporting data. We will need to take control for the guest TD profile to create booking



BP INDIA

No Approval mode.
ICCR for all products
Agent amends profile - Yes

No paid seat or meal to be added
inform cx before making a reservation for train advise them a charge of INR 500 service fee + GST if agreed then proceed inform it's an agreement between BP INDIA & EGENCIA

We will never book paid seats or paid means for BP employees.
No hotel to be booked in Mauritania & Senegal by Egencia.
All rail reservations would be charged an extra 500 need to advise the same to traveler before booking.
BP's visa is taken care by VISA HQ team . A separate contract number is available for BP employee and we can re-direct them in case of any visa query.
