Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva, and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva received information that the center has been providing education for children with disabilities since.
In 2010 Mehriban Aliyeva (First Lady), initiated the repairs to the facility.
The boarding schools can accommodate up to 140 students aged 6-14 years.
Before presenting the Heydar Aliyev Foundation presents to the children Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva was able to engage with them.
Arzu Aliyeva as well as Leyla Aliyeva, Vice Presidents of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, visited the Shuvalan settlement Summer Camp at the Orphanage No1 on the same day.
Arzu Aliyeva sat down with the children and talked to the children about dance routines.
It was discovered that the facility was renovated in the year 2013. It was designed to offer kids with fun and entertainment.
They had a tea celebration together with the children.
Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President at Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and Arzu Aliyeva, visited the orphanage No1 in the capital's Nasimi District.
They were informed that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation had reconstructed the facility in 1930 and renovated it in 2005.

Arzu Aliyeva As stated, the facility can accommodate as many as 39 kids.
The orphans were presented gifts of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Arzu Aliyeva Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and Arzu Aliyeva visited then the Narimanov District in Baku's psycho-neurological orphanage.
They were informed that the building was rebuilt on the initiative by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in 2009.
A total of 90 medical staff serve the 103 children.
Children were presented gifts of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva, Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva visited also the Down Syndrome Association in the capital.
It was stated that the facility, which is able to accommodate up to 96 kids, has the goal of integrating children into the community and helping them to recover.
