The facility was renovated in 2013, according to reports. The facility offered all necessities for the entertainment and enjoyment of children.

The group was informed that the structure which was constructed in 1930 was renovated and rebuilt in 2005 at the suggestion of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

According to the website, the facility is able to accommodate as many as 39 kids.
The Heydar Aliyev Foundation presented gifts for the orphanage.

They were informed that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, in 2009, began the reconstruction of the facility.
In this case, 103 children are cared for by a medical team of about 90 individuals.

It was stated that the facility, which can accommodate up to 96 kids, has the goal of integrating children into the local community as well as helping them to recover.
