Voluntary Exchange procedure - Before departure

Verify above checklist

Check TST which should be repriced as on Current date by GCO

Check TKT image should be Open or A

Match the original itinerary with new saved segment

Calculate the fare and tax difference

Find tax code to collect change fee from Eureka-- 9584

After checking all above details -

TTK/EXCH

Update equivalent amount if there is any by TTK/EAUDamount(Update from New TST)

Delete OLD taxes - TTK/O

Update Old tax from Ticket image - TTK/OxxYQ/OxxOW/OxxWB

Update new tax difference only - TTK/XxxYQ/XxxWB/TAUDtotal amount(Base fare difference+tax difference+penalty) // Don’t add penalty if need to issue EMD for change fee

Update penalty if need to show in OB tax - TTK/XxxOB

Open ticket image - TWD/L68( Here 68 is FA line number)

Create FO line after opening TWD - FO*L68/P1(Compulsory to update with pax number)

Press double enter

Save

Update FOP - FPO/CCVI+/CCCA or FPO/CCVI+/Cash Or FPO/Cash+/Cash

Commission should be Zero

If mix FOP required/EH involved - FPO/CCVI+/Cash+CCVI123/Expiry/AUD120(Here AUD120 we need to charge from pax CC)

Copy and pase TST on note pad

Open ticket image - TWD/L68( Here 68 is FA line number)
