NSC - National Sales Center
-Receives Marketing Calls

SSO - Sales & Services Office
-SSO's are field offices that represent ADT to our customer locally. They are responsible for face-to-face sales, installations, and service calls for our existing customers.

CSG - Customer Service Group (GenCare)
-The CSG, part of the General Care Group, provides monitoring, responds to alarms, notifies appropriate authorities when alarm signals and received, schedules service and repaints, assist customers with technical issues, and handles all customer related billing inquiries

CMC - Customer Monitoring Center
-Part of the CSG, the Customer monitoring center is responsible for monitoring the alarm systems of nearly 7 million customers nationwide. ADT has 9 customer monitoring centers. When alarm signals are received, CMC agents respond by alerting the customer and, if necessary, notifying appropriate authorities.

AM- Account Management
-The Account Management department handles calls from customers who request to discontinue their service. These are customers who are not relocating and there is an opportunity to retain their business.
