1. Mencocokkan Data Sorhat dengan Data Milik Sekolah
- Nanti bagian ini bisa ditambahkan contoh format data list akun (locked/suspend/deactive tanpa pemberitahuan), termasuk yang udah maupun belum menyelesaikan pendaftaran. Kalau enggak, data ini dikasih kambing ke yang bertugas aja nanti.
- Lalu tunggu mereka ada yang singgung dikirim ke kepsek paling lambat kapan usai opreg tutup serta laporan akun yang menyusul. Hubungannya pencocok data sama penjaga terakhir.
- Contoh data bersih yang dibawa ke forum utama.
2. Mengirimkan Undangan Sorting Ceremony
- Nanti bagian ini kasih contoh undangan yang normal jaraknya. Bisa nanti berupa tanya jawab atau gimana dibebaskan ke Sera.
3. Menghubungi Principal + Toko
- Nanti singgung contoh wording sambutan kepala sekolah/backup kepsek atau nanti bisa minta cari sendiri, serta wording kepada instansi.
4. MC/Pemandu
- Prosedur pembagian sesi I II dan parafrase, kalau enggak gak masalah nanti dijelasin kambing pas penugasan.
- Nanti singgung presensi bagian siapa aja.
- Waktu upload presensi tugas siapa aja, dan tag apa aja.
- Up pesan ke newizzy soal presensi pakai wording.
- Laporan kepada forum utama tiap penyebaran plot.
5. Mengecek Plot
Paling timeline pengecekan plot jam sekian ngapain aja.
