This is in regards to my separation from the company. It has been a really good time here as I got many opportunities to learn and enjoy my tenure in the organization.
I wanted to let you know that my last working day here would be on 30th of this month. As I also have 4.5 leaves in my account, I would like to utilize them instead of the encashment.
In order to have a seamless experience while exiting the company, I would like to have my week off for this week on 24th and 25th .
And my leaves adjusted for the remaining days. As we can see, the new week is starting from 28th August, it should not be an issue to adjust 4 leaves and 2 week off for that respective week. This would allow me to have my last working day on 23rd itself, effectively.
I also discussed this with my Team Leader in the beginning of this month, as soon as I resigned. And was trying to get in touch with you for the same but unfortunately was unable to.
