My onboarding to Regeneron access was completed yesterday and I've setup the Virtual Desktop.
I've requested access to the Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket repository for the code
I also need AWS access to implement lambda functions and API gateways. I've raised a request for this AD Group (RITM1401834)
Shikha shared her python code earlier today which is written in lambda style but it has to be modified with AWS SDK. Its well written commented code, so its easy to modify with AWS specific layers and libraries
Secondly, currently its written using Milvus VectorDB though as Irfan mentioned, we can modify the code using dependency injection interface to allow any kind of Vector databases if needed. Though, I don't think we need to develop it for this release.
+ My next task is to
First) Test these lambdas on AWS and start writing the API gateways
Secondly) I have to setup a AWS config for quick deployment and testing
Thirdly) Follow up for Jira, Confluence access to DEE and Bitbucket access to Web code for AskRegn
Currently, I'm using personal OpenAPI keys for debugging but I will need access to Regeneron api keys for final implementation.
