Summary of the story
The movie Forrest Gump is a coming-of-age story that follows the life of Forrest Gump. Forrest is born with a low IQ but he is also blessed with an extraordinary innocence and a kind heart. He is raised by his loving mother, Mrs. Gump, who teaches him the importance of being true to himself and never giving up on his dreams.
Forrest's life is full of adventure and he meets many interesting people along the way. He becomes a college football star, a ping-pong champion, and a shrimp boat captain. He also becomes a war hero and a millionaire.
But through it all, Forrest never forgets his true love, Jenny Curran. Jenny is a troubled soul who struggles with addiction and abuse. Forrest is always there for her, even when she pushes him away.
In the end, Forrest finds happiness and fulfillment. He marries Jenny and they have a son together. Forrest also becomes a successful businessman and he uses his wealth to help others.
Forrest Gump is a story about love, friendship, family, and the power of the human spirit. It is a film that will stay with you long after you have seen it.
