Clair , Megan , Sam, and last but not least, katie , were going trick or treating on the 31st of october , aka , halloween . they had gotten the best candies before night fall . the girls skipped on the hard sidewalk that had been there for hundreds of years. sam was a cop, megan was a fairy, katie was a princess and . sam pointed at the last house on the street , it was dark blue, it had a crooked roof , and the house was all beaten down. the grass was dead, and it was the largest house in the neighborhood too, the house was creepy alone , not a single decoration . i DARE all of us to go into the last house on the road sam said . i don't know said katie. the house has been abandon ever since my parents were born.' it sounds fun megan said. i agree it sounds like a super fun dare, i'm not afraid of anything Clair said pointing her thumb at herself proudly. YOU can go home if you scared sam said . i'm not scared katie said. good sam said. just as megan put her foot on the steps a rat ran by. the cows squawked . katie became really scared, what if something fatal happened, she would never see her friends again . katie began to shivered and bit her nails as Clair nocked on the door. the door opened but no one was there. the lights were dark and the lights twitched. hah this place is awesome , nothing to be afraid of, see scaredy cat katie sam said . katie stayed quiet , and kept her head down. megan shrugged then whispered to sam' she's still scared '. as they walked threw the kitchen, a black shadow dark as the night sky flashed by the room. i'm kinda hungary lets go home katie said. nah , theres food in this cabinet megan said. that food is ancient sam said. but you can't back out.' page 2. katie was still some what startled by the black shadow. the lights went out completely . a evil laugh hit the halls echoed ' MWMWMWAHAHHA' . lets go, i don't like the sound of that , and the lights are out katie said . i have a flash light . its part of the costume sam said juggling her flash light. scaredy cat Clair chanted. katie scowled . am not katie argued . nah uh Clair said. guys lets keep going sam said turning on her flashlight . the black shadow spun around sam ,and the next thing katie knew the lights were out. they all ran to the front door that was open , but it shut and then it locked. it was like the house was on lock down.then a voice that sounded painful and evil, said,' theres no way out, out,out ' the voice echoed again . then the voice said ' only dying is the way out of here, here , here ' the voice echoed a third time.
Katie , Megan , and Clair her a shriek that turned into a scream of horror , it was sam's voice. the lights twitched again . there was a dead body on the floor , blood all over the creaky old floor . it was sam. SAM , NOOOOOOOOO katie screamed. megan and Clair screamed too. the lights went dark again and something sharp fell on sam's body and the lights twitched again. a filthy knife was on her back. the lights still twitching, a echoing hum went threw on the whole house. we need to call for help whispered megan . Clair started pulling on the door yelling for help . its useless katie pointed out , they had moved on into the house library .
page 3. the library for the house. was one of the LESS scary and haunted rooms in the large house. yeah the books were cut in half , the bookshelf was crooked and bent and there was spiderwebs everywhere . there was a full light only in that room. hurry before that shadow comes to get us , try opening the windows katie demanded. okay megan said putting all of her strength into it. Clair tried popping open the air vent. a wind hit outside, and light bulbs broke threw the hall , and it became dark . ' watch what you do , or I'LL KILL YOU the voice threatened . the library light started to twitch. the girls shivered, getting terrible images of sam on the floor. the three of them sat on the floor reading books looking for ways to get out of there but nothing, just nothing was found. we have to keep trying said Clair. katie felt sweaty . i don't know if we will make it out alive megan said. ' thats the right attitude ' the creepy voice said. the girls shivered once again. katie shushed them to be quiet so the voice wouldn't say a word .
katie got on her phone trying to text her dad.; me , megan , and Clair are stuck in the last house on the street the biggest on e- katie began to write elk street . a wind like a tornado hit the house and the phone shattered and disappeared , then the wind stopped and the lights went out.
' watch what you do , if you Don't want me to kill you ' the voice threatened again . the lights went out and they saw the shadow and they ran to a lit room.
page 4. i feel like i'm trapped in a nightmare katie had to admit it. me too, pinch me guys then we will wake up said megan . ' this isn't a nightmare its real life, or should i say real death ' the voice said. the shadow came after them but they ran . after pinching each other. hurry is this room safe megan asked. katie shrugged. it was the living room, a boxy living room, the lounge chairs were torn and stained , the TV was bent, the table was broken and made of hard wood, and the floor was creaky , the window was boxed off with wooden planks and the rug had cat litter on it . the room was creepy period. eew , try not to step in the cat litter said Clair. we have to think abut what to do said megan . agreed , maybe this bent TV could turn on katie said. the screen went back in fourth then broke into wood chips. ' looking for something to play with girls, or someone 'the voice said. a man appeared wearing a black suit and ti, with short hair with a beard. are you the person who lives here, can you help us get out megan asked. i did ZIVE here a VONG , VONG time ago the only way out is death said the man hissing. look he has fangs ,he's a vampire Clair shouted . megAN grabbed a leg from the table and stabbed it in the vampire . the m=vampire faded away. katie's heart was beating a thousand miles a minute . ' aww, you don't like the dead coming to life, DEAL , if you move ill send you a zombie ' the voice said. the girls stood still. how can we kill a zombie katie whispered to megan and Clair . don't know megan said.
page 5. a old grandfather lock said it was only 9;30pm. and the girls had stayed still for a half hour. i have a idea Clair said. what katie and megan asked. the zombie wants a brain right Clair said. right katie said. megan nodded. well,i will take the bate , the zombie will come after me , and you guys can move on to the next room Clair said. i'll do it at ten pm on the dot .' NOO , you'll die, your our best friend said megan. yeah i can't let you Clair katie said. i'll get to see my mom said Clair whipping tears from her cheek . Clair's mom died when she was 5 in a car crash . 10;01pm had hit. good bye, Clair said air hugging them as she ran into the kitchen. ' you asked for it ' the voice said. - BRAINS , BRAINS,BRAINS, chanted a zombie walking after her. katie and megan cried as they ran to the next room , which was the bedroom. a loud scream of horror , came from Clair as a big glob grabbed her brain a zombie, then the zombie faded away. the bedroom, had a bent bed with torn sheets , the rug was broken into pieces, the closet had torn clothes. ' smart , a distraction , if you leave that room you will loose your friend , if you leave with in a hour. ' the voice said.
the two girls were so mad. and scared at that. the lights started twitching . when the light twitched dark the dark shadow flashed around the room.' two tired girls ready to die ' the voice said.

something happened , the light went ark, but light enough to see. the girls had munched on the candy from they're bags.
