Sorry to hear about that. If a job disappear on your app, it might be cancelled by the store or expired from your booking list. Just to set proper expectation, we don't have control of stores cancelling the orders.

You will get a cancellation fee for it. Note that the cancellation fee will reflect on your invoice and not the “Completed Runs” tab. Invoices are normally generated within 24-hours after a work day. This is also noted in the system. Is there anything else that I can help you aside from this?

There will be an option on your app to tagged it as failed delivery and so that return trip will be activated. Once you returned it back at the store, you can complete it on your app. Please do not forget to ask for the staff name who will received that orders back from you. Don't worry, you'll get a return fee for that.

If the order contains security items and customer is not reachable and no authorization to leave unattended, you can return it back to the store.

If in case that you finished the delivery and the app is still acting up, just send us a proof of delivery so we can manually complete it in our system.
