The Emfit Qs is a small device that sits under the mattress and collects heart rate, respiratory and gross body movements. Emfit Epilepsy Alarm This data is analysed on a cloud-based system to give an overnight activity summary and sleep stage estimation.
This is an important reading because it tells you whether you are getting enough sleep and if your body is in recovery mode. It also shows you if your autonomic nervous system is working well and if your body is able to handle stress.
Heart-rate variability (HRV): This is a measure of the gaps between your heartbeats and indicates that your parasympathetic nervous system, which controls your body’s recovery processes like digestion and sleep, is functioning as it should. It’s a measure of adaptation and is particularly relevant for endurance athletes.
Sleep Score: This is the average number of REM and light sleep stages that the Emfit QS detects during your night’s rest. The more REM sleep you get, the better your overall sleep score will be.
The Emfit QS collects HRV and arousal metrics and displays them on a neat dashboard that can be accessed from any desktop or mobile device. The dashboard provides a comprehensive visual graph of all the data collected and gives you an overall sleep score.
