Nightwatch: A video-controlled cohort study of nocturnal seizure detection
We compared the performance of a multimodal seizure detector, first tested in adults (sensitivity 86%, PPV 49%) to evaluate its suitability for use by pediatric patients with epilepsy living at home or in residential care. In a prospective video-controlled cohort, we evaluated nightly motor seizures of 24 participants with a history of >1 monthly major motor seizure.
