Duncan introduced Tim from Pinion Engineering
Tim discussed findings from Phase II
Tim discussed results were clean
Tiger expressed these finding or end results were good to move forward with La Luna CC funding.
Duncan asked Tim when we will receive final draft of his report. Tim will have final draft by September 25th.
Duncan discussed invoice from WSB from July 1st-July31st for $6700. Board voted to approve payment.
Duncan discussed City of Lafayette community meeting will find out if La Luna board needs to attend.
Duncan discussed at City meeting council members may agree to more funds for La Luna CC.
Denice asked Duncan about Dola funding.
LaVern asked Duncan about Denver Foundation funding for La Luna CC. Duncan expressed he has meeting on Monday September 25th. Duncan will share with board updates from Denver Foundation.
Brittany discussed packets out by October 9th for members regarding member meeting.
Grayce discussed by-laws board voted to adopt by-laws.
