Case: cci due to ASC in OB flight which is causing misconnection at PHL//tried to service in VNext but getting the following error "Sorry, I am not able to see the detail of the airline scheduled change or there is no active airline scheduled change. Please check below booking details."//called BA//got connected with BA agent Nitin and provided IATA of Travelocity and pin as per HT 40288 but agent informed it's an incorrect IATA no. and PIN as well as agency name//tried Expedia IATA no. and PIN, agency name was correct but IATA no. and PIN were incorrect//tried the third combination and that too was incorrect hence 3 attempts exhausted//agent couldn't assist and asked to call again//called BA again but BA agent not able to hear anything//3rd attempted AOB and BA IVR not accepting the digit to connect with NDC line//4th AOB attempt got connected with BA agent Nitin//tried other IATA no. and pin and was successfully verified//Nitin provided alternative flights//went on hold to discuss with cx but airline agent Nitin disconnected the call//called BA again (AOB 5th attempt) and got connected with BA agent Aditi location: Delhi agent sine:N/A changed the flight as per cx preference and issued the ticket//sent confirmation to cx//cx ok//nfat//54a41b75-de50-44e4-96b5-d9697ce91e8d
