how can you show you are proud of your own culture.
Philippines are colonized by Spanish, American, and Japanese that's why are history is complex and diverse. There are some traditions, cultures, and characteristics of Filipino are changing or being forgotten in the new generations. But there are many ways of how we can show to the old generations that we are proud of being Filipino and our own culture. we can show it by learning and sharing. we can show that we want to learn, and we're interested in learning the history, cultures of the Philippines, by watching documentaries and reading reliable books to deepen our own understanding of the culture of filipinos. sharing your knowledge on other people especially to the kids, that we, filipinos are rich in cultural heritage. Participating and celebrating holidays, festivals and joining events in school like ''buwan ng wika''. I remember when I was in junior high that every student have to participate in buwan ng wika where you have to wear the baro't saya, it shows how colorful filipino attires and dance filipino folk dance to show that we still remember, and we appreciate our own culture. this shows that we are connecting with our ancestors, and we are enjoying and sharing it with other people. we can really the difference between the dance of older generations and modern generations. the older gen are showing their culture through dancing while modern gen are dancing to show their emotions. To show that we are proud in our own culture is not forgetting our own dialects or native language. in the philippines we have at least 170 dialects. we can learn other languages, but we shall not ever forget our own language because its part of our identity we learned it from our parents since we were born
