Salad: 4oz Chicken (100c) + 1 cup of Kale or Spinach & 1 cup of romaine (40c) + Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing (50c) + 1/2cup Carrots/Bell Peppers (20c) + 1/4 Avocado (80c) + 1/2 cup Edamame (95c) + 1/4 Quinoa (155c) = 540c
Sandwich: 2 slices of Ezekiel bread, good amount of turkey, lettuce, tomato, avocado (no cheese!)
Dinner
8oz Chicken (200c) + 2cups Veggies (70c - Green beans, broccoli, asparagus, etc) + 1/2 cup Quinoa (150c)

1 Turkey Burger (200c)
