This is regarding my relieving letter for which I also tried to contact you but was unable to get through. I hope that the company understands that I had worked only for 10 months out of which 2 months salary is already with the company. I also understand company's situation wherein they can't issue the letter to me without getting anything in return, hence, I am ready to let go off my 2 month's salary and the Bravo prize amount.
Please understand that I already have a loan of 20 Lakh and paying anything more will be very difficult for me. I have never tried to betray the company, and I informed my manager as soon as I was clear about my situation. Moreover, I never made up any story whatever was the situation was clearly communicated to the company. My father is single-handedly running the family and in the light of his present medical situation, he wouldn't be able to support me in any way.
As an HR, you must understand that Relieving letter is an important document for the organization which is going to recruit me in the future. If the company decides not to issue it to me then indirectly it will jeopardize my future career. I request you to please consider my request.
