2- Konşimentolar kaça ayrılır ?
iki şekilde düzenlenir.
Bir göndericiden bir alıcıya (MAWB) konşimento ; ara konşimento altında HAWB olarak birden fazla gönderinin birleştirilerek gönderilmesine denir.
Birden fazla ve acenta alt konşimentosu ARA (HAWB) konşimentosu; HAWB olarak gönderilen kargolarda karışıklık yaşanmaması için her bir konsolide kargo için ara konşimento düzenlenir.

4- Hava Kargo Fiyat Listesi =
TACT : Kitap fiyatı, IATA'nın belirlediği fiyatlar
Standart Fiyat Listeleri (SRS) : havayollarının acentalarına senede en az 2 defa yayınladığı fiyat listeleri
Kontrat : havayolunun bir acentaya vermiş olduğu özel fiyat listesi
promosyon : belli bir dönemi veya varış noktasını kapsayan geçici fiyat listeleri
AD-HOC : anlık verilen pazarlık edilen ve konuşulan kargoyu kapsayan fiyat listesi
5- Kargo ile ilgili şikayetler
Kargoda hasar olması durumunda hasarın tespit edilmesinden hemen sonra ve en geç kargonun teslim alınmasından sonraki 14 gün içinde
Gecikme durumunda kargonun teslim almaya yetkili olan kişinin emrine sunulduğu tarihten sonraki 21 gün içinde
Kargonun hiç teslim edilememesi durumunda ise hava konşimentosunun düzenlediği tarihten itibaren 120 gün içinde veya bir hava konşimentosu düzenlenmemişse kargonun taşınmak üzere taşıyıcı tarafından teslim alınmasını takip eden 120 gün içinde yapılması gerekir
