Well, my name is Leoluca Palermo and I am requesting this firearms permit for a main reason which is self defence. We live in a very dangerous state, San Andreas, which has a lot of criminals and you (Police Department) also know that as you probably get to protect numerous of business robberies, house burglaries and car jacks daily! I, myself, have also been a victim of robberies and burglaries as my house has been robbed in the past... but it's not just that. A few weeks ago, I was walking down the street at Mulholland and suddenly a green Savanna drove towards me from the corner. They were armed up with Kalashnikovs and they aimed at me, one of them shouted to get me in but the other two suggested to just rob me at the place and leave me there. So... that's what they did, they took my wallet... my phone... even my ID, everything that I had in my wallet. So, after hours of thinking about that I came to the conclusion that I should apply for a license to protect myself from thieves and similar cases in the future.
