Şimdi 19 oldum programı ikinci defa uyguluyorum (ilkini buradan habersiz olduğum ve 45 günde sonuç alamadıģım için bırakmıştım) ve bugün 90 gün geride kalıyor fakat hiçbir sonuç elde edemedim yine.
Her şeyi de tam yaptığımı düşünüyorum.
Verilen 2 günlük aralarda biraz azalıyor ama program süresince kemiklerimden çok yüksek sesler geliyor adeta yüzüyor gibiler vücudumda ama bir türlü o patlamayı yapamıyorum hocam.
Sabahları 1-2 cm daha uzun olmam dışında herhangi bir Uzama göremedim sonuç olarak.
Hocam şimdi sorum şu bu uzamama durumu normal mi? Herkes tam sonuç almış gözüküyor ama ben hiçbir sonuç alamadım bunun özel bir sebebi olabilir mi?
Programa sıfırdan tekrar mi başlamalıyım yoksa ne kadar süre daha devam etmeliyim tahmininize göre? 10 cm parolasıyla yola çıkmışken şimdi 5cm'e bile razıyım hocam.Sağolun
