Dear HR Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek clarification and address concerns regarding my Full and Final (FNF) settlement. My name is Harshit Shrivastva, and my Employee ID is 20123425.
I served my notice period, which was from August 25th to my last working day on September 10th, totaling 17 days. Additionally, I had accrued 9 days of leave that were unused, which I expected to be adjusted in my FNF settlement.
Furthermore, during the period between July and August, I worked overtime for 3 days, which amounts to a total of Rs. 9,000. Based on these calculations, my anticipated FNF amount should have been approximately in the range of Rs. 32,000 to Rs. 35,000.
However, I recently received my FNF settlement, and it reflects a significantly lower amount of Rs. 8,532. This substantial discrepancy has raised concerns, and I would appreciate a breakdown of the deductions made and the reasons behind them.
Could you kindly provide clarification on why my accrued leave days were not adjusted, as well as why the overtime payment for the 3 days worked in July and August was not included in my settlement?
I would also like to know when I can expect to receive the remaining amount of my FNF, as this discrepancy is causing financial inconvenience.
I understand that these matters may require some time to investigate and resolve, but I kindly request your prompt attention to this issue. Timely clarification and resolution would greatly help in alleviating my concerns and ensuring a smooth conclusion to my employment with the company.
