Poker Can Be Made A Family Game
The first round will be based on the first deal. After the first deal, the dealer will bring the first set of community cards to the table. The Flop is the first round, and it exposes three cards. The next round sees players again place bets, starting with dealer's left. Any player who does NOT want to call the dealer or agree to pay the bet will lose his cards and leave the game. The fourth community card, the Turn is then revealed to all remaining players. After the betting ends, the River unveils the final community card. The final bets are placed, and remaining players then reveal their 5-card hands.

Players will attempt the best five-card hand by using any combination possible of the 7 cards that they have (2 shared cards and 5 private cards). The same principle applies across all poker game types.

After the first round of betting, players receive five hole cards. They can then discard or draw up to five cards. The game is won by the player who has the best five-card poker hand during showdown.

Once the betting is done, a fourth community card is dealt. This card in poker is called "the Turn" card. Once again when betting players have the options to check, raise, call or fold.

Seven card Stud poker rules are more complex than the five cards draw, as two to eight people can play. Two down, four-up, one up is the most important poker rule. This is the "lay of the cards" and is not intended to be taken to mean anything else.

It is assumed that you basically know the general poker game play, the hand values and the betting system. Poker rules differ from the home-style games to the more formal games as played in the casinos. For formal games, blinds may be used. Home games use ante. Ante is where the first round of betting begins from the player to dealer's left. Then the second round starts with the player who opened/made the first nonzero betting round in the preceding round.
