ICT, which stands for "Information and Communication Technologies," describes technologies that allow for remote access to information via telecommunications. Although it largely focuses on communication technologies, it is comparable to information technology (IT). This includes wireless networks, cell phones, the Internet, and other communication tools. Information and communication technology have given society a wide range of new communication capabilities during the last few decades. For instance, instant messaging, voice over IP (VoIP), and video conferencing technologies enable real-time communication between individuals in many nations. Every year, new technologies appear that provide creative solutions to everyday issues and commercial obstacles. The Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning (ML), 5G Networks, Edge Computing, Blockchain, Spatial Computing, Smart Spaces, Homomorphic Encryption, Metaverse, 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing, Smart Homes and Cities, and Robotics and Automation are a few examples of current hot topics in information and communication technology. In this quantitative research, the researchers will explore the Effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence. Coursera. (2023). Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the idea and creation of computer systems that can carry out operations that previously needed human intelligence, such as speech recognition, decision-making, and pattern recognition. Natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, machine learning, and other technologies are all included under the general term "AI." [4]

While existing methods that rely on simulations and games can help students learn more about AI, they could not effectively get them ready for more difficult cognitive tasks. (Davy Tsz Kit Ng et al., 2023). This caused the researchers to wonder whether artificial intelligence is indeed effective in improving students' problem-solving abilities. Because not just experts use AI, but anybody can if they have the skills to do so, it is crucial that this research provide insights into individuals in order to educate them. [5]

This quantitative research will examine the effectiveness of AI on those students to better understand their problem-solving skills. [6] The researchers will imply a survey questionnaire on Navotas National High School grade 12 students and use an agreement Likert scale to be able to measure the effectiveness of AI on their problem-solving skills. [7]

By providing actual evidence on how effectively AI fosters students' problem-solving abilities, this study seeks to contribute to the continuing discussion about AI's place in modern education. [8]
