ARTIST BOOKING AGREEMENT


This contract made and entered in this 00/00/2016 “date” by () "promoter" and between Edgar Rivera (Erivera Reyes) “artist”.
Promoter hereby engages artist and artist hereby agrees to perform at the event referred to within the terms and conditions contained herein.

And only as on any and all publications advertising the engagement contained herein.

Required equipment: (2) CDJ2000s and a professional Dj booth monitor setup. The mixer preferred by the artist is: DJM900
Special equipment required: Stage & 1 Wireless Microphones (show act).

Promoter shall provide artist with:

A. 1 regular bottle of Grey Goose Vodka
1 bottle of Core Hydration Water
1 bottle of Orange & Pineapple Juice
1 bag of assorted Hard Candy
1 tray of deli turkey sandwiches



B. VIP Access area with access pass

1. The artist’s performance fee for this event is $1,000.00 dlls of which deposit of $500.00 dlls is required upon signing contract.

The remaining balance of $500.00 dlls shall be paid to the artist 10 days before the event.

2. A minimum of thirty (30) days for cancellation is required to receive a refund. If adequate notice is not given, the deposit will be forfeited. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit and contract are received. Artist’s name shall not be used on publications (flyers), or any other promotional materials until receipt of booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the promoter shall give notice in the same publications and promotional ways he/she used to promote the show.

3. Audio recording in any way is prohibited unless approved by the artist.

4. Promoter agrees to provide a lawful, secure venue with all necessary permits to conduct the event.

5. Flights will be booked by artists management, a round trip to Vegas. Transportation airport to hotel and hotel to venue and back will be booked & paid by Promoter.

6. Promoter shall provide 1 suitable hotel room (4 stars Hotel) for 2 nights with late checkout.

7. It is agreed and understood that for, if any reasons other than the failure of the promoters to produce these events according to the standards agreed upon herein, (civil war, or any other natural disaster of which the artist has no control) the artist will be ready and able to perform as per the agreement. If the artist fails to appear for any reasons other than those stated above, it is agreed that the deposit will be returned to the promoter fully, and promptly. This agreement is just valid if the cancellation is 7 days minimum before the date of the show.

8. The promoter, by signing this agreement, warrants he/she is eighteen (18) years of age or older and is authorized to enter into a legally binding contract.

9. This agreement may not be changed, modified, or altered in any way except under full agreement by an authorized agent of both the promoter and agent of the artist.

10. This contract shall be interpreted under the law of the United States of America and Texas Regulations, Courts shall have full jurisdiction over disputes arising here under.
