KINDS OF LAW.
DIVINE LAW: the law of religion and faith which concerns itself with the concept of sin and salvation

NATURAL LAW: the divine inspiration in man of the sense of justice,fairness, and righteousness
-basic understanding of right and wrong

MORAL LAW: the totally of the norms of good and rights conduct growing out of the collective sense of right and wrong of every community

PHYSICAL LAW: uniformities of action and orders of sequence

STATE LAW: the law which promulgated and enforced bye the state
-In its general senses
-in its specific senses

SOURCES OF LAW: Constitution,Legistation, administrative or executive orders,regulations,and tulings
-juridical decisions or jurisprudence,custom, other sources: principles of justice and equity

DEFENITION OF LAW: it is a duty to obey and follow the law.

-It must be possible, pysically and juridically

-Manner or procedure in which an onligation is incurred or manifested
-May be oral, or in writing, or partly oras and pratly in writing
