Loved our keep in an impeccably maintained resort! A big reason for fewer than 5 stars is the horrific, pothole stuffed R101, which one has to travel. The service at the restaurant was slow and meals not great. I would suggest splitting the venue, and cater for college groups separately, in order that (properly trained) cooks can focus on food preparation for restaurant visitors. Waitrons can also profit from extra training. The whole expertise wasn't horrible, but removed from wonderful.
