Five Methods to Eliminate the anxiety that comes with Gambling

Of of course, the highs and lows can be experienced not only in the realm of betting on sports, but in every aspect of our lives. These emotions are amplified when you play gambling.

There are a variety of practical ways that you can handle the pressure of betting on sports. These five points are essential to incorporate into your daily life in the same way that a trained gambler will stick to a money management plan.


1. Let the chips fall wherever they can

If you are able to apply this philosophy to your life, you'll find that success will come to you effortlessly. Recognize that each step you take in life carries with it an infinite amount of unknowable variables. The unknown is all that is present in life. The sport of betting is an excellent example of this. Anything can occur. Once you place a bet you must accept the fact that whether you win or lose, you've taken the right choice, and that you're going to put aside any thoughts about the outcome. Personally, I believe it's best not to be watching any sports games that I'm betting on. It's not to say that you shouldn't do a large amount of investigation into the decisions you're making. But after doing all this research you trust yourself and your decision-making.

Being prepared for unexpected events is a trait I've employed in my daily life. All you have to do is decide that you'll accept and handle situations as they arise. You have to learn to accept losses in the same way you accept winning. Once this happens you'll be able to live abundantly. 2. Make sure you meditate for 30 minutes each day

I'm not trying to sound like a tree hugger by recommending this method, but it's one that I've found works wonders for not just increasing the likelihood of winning bets but also to eliminate negative thought patterns that may arise from gambling. There are many different forms of meditation, and the one you choose is not as important as the consistency with which you practice your exercise. I personally use breath-based meditation. I am in the half lotus position on a cushion that is small and simply focus on the diaphragm pushing in when exhaling and then inhaling slowly. The breath shouldn't be interrupted or slowed down and flow effortlessly. Just focus on the diaphragm pushing in and out completely. Begin by committing to 15 minutes of mindfulness each every day. Gradually increase your time to 30 minutes. Mike and I will soon be writing articles on how meditation can boost your odds of winning and how to overcome any obstacles that arise from meditation.

3. Be Faithful to the System and let Go

It doesn't mean you should blindly believe in our system. However, you should to adhere to a proven sports betting and money management system and be a believer in the system's ability to generate income. If you're always second guessing bets, or you're throwing your money management strategy aside to play with hunches, you're bound to make a loss. Casinos love people who are influenced by their intuition and who keep betting money even though they're already down thousands dollars. Don't gamble if you're the type of player. When I developed this system years back I decided to try it for a month using small amounts of money. After a month I rechecked my progress and realized I had made a profit. This whole concoction is what I drink after I wake up and it keeps me going through the day. If you're in good health, you're going to be less affected by the outcome of your individual bets.

5. Do what you are passionate about - Be in the Moment

I'm not saying you should quit your job at 9-5 or something that is extreme similar to this (although it may be a good idea in some circumstances). But everyday you should incorporate your passions within your day-to-day life. This will certainly be a great way to get your thoughts off of your current betting on sports. Many struggle to find their passions. I used to be one of those people, and I'm sure Mike was, too. I decided that I'd try a variety of diverse things (rock climbing, skydiving, scuba divers, muay Thai, etc ) to discover the things I enjoy doing. That's what I did and now I have numerous hobbies that give me joy. Sometimes the simplest things are the best. I love helping others, and that's why I do not mind doing the small things. If you make it a point to do one small act of kindness each day (whether you're telling a woman you love her or holding the door open for an elderly person), you'll find that it's impossible not to be happy with the way you conduct your life.
