"Lord, we thank you for this gathering, and for this moment. We pray you enlighten us as we embark on this journey to grow closer to you, to grow deeper in our faith, and to reflect over your holy words. We pray for your guidance and protection, and that our minds do not wander as we immerse ourselves within this holy and sacred text. Grant us the wisdom to see and think- and the courage to share what comes to mind. We pray for you to bless us- as a group and as individuals- that we may grow closer to you through each other, and that we may grow closer to each other through you. So, Lord, we thank you, and pray for your intercession on this Bible Study as we pray:

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done,
on earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

Hail, Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.

“God, welcome unto the world this new life, and pray she walk a path most virtuous. Bless her, a sister in Christ, as her life begins, and give her all your gifts. Lord, we thank you for this miraculous birth, and pray you be a part of her life, strengthening her faith and the faith of her family. Amen.”
