-how to pull up account:

copy and paste MRN
paste to IDX and put a dot before MRN
click the three dots
invoice number
IDX invoice = 8 digits
SMS invoice = 9-10 digits

MRN SMS
copy and paste MRN
paste to IDX and type ASM before MRN
click the three dots

use IDX invoice number
type the letter "I" before the invoice number
-can view demographics of the patient
-can view insurance details
-patient history to view previous documentations
B. SMS
-demand follow-up to pull up patient record:

patient number A.K.A. invoice number (9-10 digits)

-if it didn't work, click F1
-if it still didn't work, then record doesn't contain info of facility charges
-go back using Esc

F1 = doctor info
