On power express we have to open up details with name or unique id mentioned on email and also it will have a portrait pin

status green means active , that means we can do work on this PNR
Status blue means recently some work has been done on this reservation
status red means booking is cancelled

Ext id is Amadeus id
top unit is company name
Arranger (ARR) - someone who is contacting on other person behalf

If customer profile is not there , we do not have to create a new id
One time contact option - we can create one time contact for arranger if he is contacting first time. And we have to contact one time contact before opening a profile

Amend booking - used to make changes in existing bookings
Cancel booking - do not cancel directly from power express, we need to cancel only from Amadeus
Send itinerary - To send itinerary

After creating one time profile, we will never remove traveler

power library - It is the extended form of potrait , customer prefrence and we will get airlines details here, client policies

Threshold- if threshold is mentioned , we can only book hotel air or car only below that threshold if no threshold is mentioned no limit , we can use any.

Whenever we provide flights we will always provide flights ticket that should have 1 pc checked in baggage
Whenever we provide Air we will provide 3 offers apart from TST , 2 Offers in hotel and 1 in car

N - Remarks created for exchanges team and admin
X- if reservation made on online booking tool
Z- email confirmation remarks

Command for checking preference command- RTRH , RTRA ETC

Air, car and rail booking would be through amadeus and hotel will be through power hotel
