The review also included a thorough psychotherapy assessment, a family therapy assessment and a psychiatric diagnosis interview.

According to the report Miss Kelly was afflicted by a range of mental health issues, including borderline personality disorders, bulimia, and anorexia. She also had an addiction history to drugs and had experienced domestic violence. Stress, anxiety and depression exacerbated her symptoms. She was also diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder as well as schizophrenia-related disorder.

Elayaperumal claims that Medtronic intentionally discriminated against him because of his race and nationality.
