Congratulations on making the final round of the interview.

Crestwood chauffeurs are carefully selected from an exclusive pool of candidates. Our chauffeurs are thoroughly trained professionals.

* To become an approved Crestwood chauffeur, candidates must possess flawless driving records, participate in a strict zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy and submit to lengthy state and federal background checks. Stringent defensive driving, cleanliness, and safety training are mandatory.

The Goal of this round of the interview is to have a chat, ask a couple questions, answer any of your questions, Employment Eligibility Verification and offer of Employment.

Onboarding and training would begin after the offer of employment.

6. Are you able to provide Flexibility to your schedule if you would be compensated fairly?


Okay that’s great.

When hired you will be provided a company vehicle which would be transported to you, you will need to get a covered parking close to your home, we would match you with a mechanic close to you, and a CAA membership would be provided for the vehicle.
You would need to get a Car wash membership and Petro-Canada membership card.
You are the sole responsibility of your vehicle. The vehicle are live tracked at all times.

The next step would be the employment eligibility verification.


The eligibility process takes a couple of hours, you would need to be online or available during which you would get a link to complete the rest of the identity verification, after all is cleared then the offer of employment would be sent for signing.

Can you also let me know your availability, I would need you to be online for about 20 minutes to complete the identity verification.


Onboarding and training would typically start in second week after your vehicle is delivered and I get your schedule .

About

After the onboarding process,

You would be added to the portal, there would be different shifts available at different healthcare locations, some would be home care, hospitals, care centers, clinics… all within your zip code.

You would be able to pick shifts that are convenient for you. The pay rates mileage pay and task would all be available before you choose the shift.:
