After the second round is done, the dealer burns another card then turns up one card called "the Turn". The second round of betting begins again with the closest player to left of the button.

The way your opponents decide to bet or raise will help you gauge their hand strength. You can also look back at the two previous betting rounds. The river will be the final decision. If you think that you have a winnable combination of your hole cards and board, then you can either bet or raise. But if the strength of your opponents hands is greater, then fold.
