The ethical problems here is the lack of integrity of the supervisor from multinational-bank, they allow such dirty operations with both eyes wide open. Also, by default a bank should be transparent and that all the financial information is easily accessible but, in this case, it is actively being defied given it's been mentions it's a "common practice". Making it much worse, the supervisor or the multinational bank should do right about their roles in the banking business and able to be accountable, if they value accountability and ownership. I might re-think my internship in this company and probably left as far as possible because I don't want to be involve and be a part in their malpractices and tainted integrity.


I will immediately start planning to leave my internship in the said multinational bank, because It's a not a situation I want to be remember.
I will tell myself that I got to act and make a thought in my head about not associating with this kind of business. And the solution that I will do is.

I will make a mental note that If I ever want to pursue my dream job this particular multi-bank is the least, I want to be associated with. And in this case, wherein the supervisor is an accomplice there's no use telling it to the higher ups and so I will do make.
