Kim yunhee merupakan seorang yatim piatu, besar di panti asuhan gereja di Seoul. Ditinggalkan saat masih sangat kecil yunhee tidak pernah mengenal sosok orang tuanya namun itu membut yunhee tumbuh jadi anak yang mandiri.
Kemampuan akademisnya yang diatas rata-rata, paras yang cantik dan tubuh yang proposional membuatnya bisa menerima brasiswa di Travel Career And Training, —Sebuah sekolah pramugari di New Zealand.
Setelah menyelesaikan sekolahnya, Yunhee kembali ke Incheon city dan menjadi seorang pramugari dari Korean Airlines dan juga menjadi icon model's dari penerbangan korea, hingga tak jarang wajahnya menghiasi majalah fashion sebagai ikon pramugari muda.
