Goal: "We want the campers to respect us so that we can feel accepted." After capture the flag first/second chapter, how do they attempt to accomplish this??
Antagonists: Campers refusing to respect Aphrodite kids, and influencing others not to. Clarisse La Rue and Ares cabin especially. Clarrise and Selena only become friends at the very very end, right before Selena has to go and die. After which, they are on full murder-the-people-who-disrespect Aphrodite cabin
Main character-Selina, Relationship character- Drew,
(figure out how to write romance with Beckendorf and Silena)
Have Drew's reaction to Silena's death and Lucy/Mitchell's pov on the aftermath of the war and treatment of the Aphrodite cabin happen within two chapters
"First Act"-Introduce three characters and what they want. (What should we do with Lucy and Mitchell; they have to be important to the plot-don't want to cut them and lose all this potential)
Fateful decision- About halfway through first act (apres capture the flag likely) Silena receives The Choice: How will she react to the camper's prejudice and unwillingness to change? (perceived through Lucy's pov) Being the bigger person, she chooses not to fight the battle (Clarrise) and tarnish Aphrodite name further (Drew Does want to fight, and Silena has to drag her away and remind her that they're the bigger person) but her determination increases even more, baffling and astonishing Lucy, causing young girl to respect Silena immensely and gain resolve of her own (but what is Silena's next move??)
Ask questions- First half (Why is 10 treated like this? Examples? How long? Origins, reasoning? Arguments? Reactions?)
"Seconds Act"-Majority (Notebook, think of more ideas)
(end of second act) Low point- When the characters are at their lowest, as far as they can possibly get from their goal (think on this!!!)
Thirdact- Entirety of the fight up from lowpoint to the win, climax
End- "defeat" antagonist (Clarrisse becomes friends with Silena, determined to bring pride and respect to Aphrodite cabin's name), "reconcile with relationship character" (Drew tells Selena not to die for this cause; it's not worth it (selina saids it is, inspirational shit) sees her dead body, has emotional breakdown, switch povs), Accomplish goal (Clarisse begins standing up for cabin 10, Silena respect/honor Silena beginning, through Lucy or Nathan's pov as they see this change (notice Drew in dark corner prob))
