Dr. Bateman

Dr Bateman worked on a range of clinical research projects. These range from basic studies using peptides labeled with stable isotopes to clinical translational research on biomarkers used for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes for Alzheimer's disease. She is also the primary mentor for more than twenty junior faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students, many of who have gone on to their desired medical and scientific careers.

As a result, the assessor recommended that Miss Kelly be detained against her will. Miss Kelly was not keen to be admitted to a facility, so she contacted her psychiatrist, Dr Ramanathan Elayaperumal. He was a Consultant Psychiatrist within the Home Treatment Team at Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

In response to this recommendation In response to this recommendation, the Home Treatment Team conducted a thorough assessment of Miss Kelly's state mind and functioning. The evaluation included a thorough medical history as well as a physical exam. The review also included a comprehensive psychological assessment, a family therapy assessment and a psychiatric diagnosis interview.

However there is no evidence that Medtronic's decisions were based on those factors. Elayaperumal’s lower performance rating did not cause any reduction in his salary or benefits.
