My 401k is set up that 60% goes to Stan and 40% is split between you and Shannon. The market has been down and it flutuates right now between 430 and 460. Stan has his own IRA with about 120 in it.
My wishes for the house is for it to be sold and split 3 ways between the grandkids. I am going to try and set up a trust very soon. I would like for them to get it at the age of 23. NOONE is to live in this house but stan and he must keep it up or it is to be sold at that time.
IF something was to happen to me, please invest your share. You can always set up an account at AF at no charge for your lifetime. You may need to go in and talk with someone. Don't go for the annuity payout. Instead take the lump sum and invest it.
I would like my diamond ring made into necklaces for the three girls. I want the girls to be able to go through the house and get what they want. Pictures, jewelry, china etc. I had all of these items for a long time.
I also have a life insurance policy for $45,000 that is payable to Voya. IT is paid up through March 31. The premiums are 45.00 a quarter and the two beneficiaries are Charity and Shannon to be split evenly. Make sure you continue these payments if I am ill.
Since the car and camper are not paid for, it is up to Stan to do what he wants with them. He will have the resources to pay for them or sell them. I have made payments to date on them.
It will be important for Stan to contact American Funds to lower the medical insurance if something was to happen so he is just paying for himself.
I want everyone to know how very much I love them. It has been a wonderful life and I have no regrets. I love my kids and grandkids more than life itself. I love Stan and the companionship he has given me all these years. I want everyone to be happy and celebrate my life with funny stories. I know you all have several.
