The result is the key card, which is currently found on a third of Renault vehicles. The card can be found located in the ignition barrel or in the center console the car will unlock when the card approaches and secure itself automatically when moved away. The keyless entry system

It's not possible to use it from outside to unlock doors or start the car until the driver turns it on. This is because radio antennae "around the car" are configured to detect whether the key is inside or outside. The key will continue to turn the ignition from a distance but will not open the doors.
