The route is hard mentally as there are many turns, with the complete route being squeezed in between Bolton, Oxford and Jan Smuts roads. The 21km is a double lapper with the race beginning at 7am outside the Joburg Zoo. The race is part of the internal Old Goats v Young Kids competition. Information about the races has been obtained from the Runnersguide website and is up to date at the time of publication of the e-newsletter. Some big races in September but the lateness of this newsletter implies that we've skipped the first ten days. There is kind of a contingent of Pirates runners who are going to do that race.
No glitz and no glamour simply simple small town mentality. For that he earned my largest respect. Cedric Bergman passed on peacefully in Somerset West and is now at relaxation. Even though you left us over 30 years in the past, you're sadly missed and beloved every single day darling dad. Anita, you have been a really particular woman and will live on in my coronary heart forever.
I came around you two Sunday's in the past. Mom is now with you and Bobbe. My Grandfather's greatest friend on the planet and one of the best humans ..... You were the one individual I trusted totally Doc. Thank you a lot for contributing to my life.
