I have felt this feeling before around when I lose people because It makes me spiral and I talk a lot and I dig bad holes for myself that I can't get out of and I just wanted to talk to you about this because I worry that if that happens I may lose you and that is really scary obviously. I spiral when the feeling happens and I just write so much my mind is so free and I say too much and its just not good. I i need you to know this because I want to know any boundaries you want to set because I do not want to lose you and I know that and I know this feeling is possible and it scares me and idk what to do. idk if you can help and thats okay but it makes me feel better talkng to you abnout it because idek it does. its kinda a similar thing to when i drunk texted you all those things its that feeling that I say something but its not enough so i need to keep saying stuff until i say too much thats what those first 2 paragraphs were from and I felt it writing a 3rd one but it slowly went away and i was able to rewrite and change the 3rd one. the feeling has a lot of toxic traits to it because thats how i developed it and thats scary because i dont want us to be toxic, thats the last thing i want but i dont know how to change what i do when the feeling comes.
